Camps makes every effort to deliver e-commerce orders as quickly and conveniently as possible. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped. To track your order, visit your shipping partner with your parcel number. 

DELIVERY

Complimentary Express Delivery is included with each order:

Our products are ready to use. You just have to set your most beautiful table. 

  • Next Day Delivery on orders placed before 02:00 PM.

  • Orders placed after 02:00 PM will be delivered the day after tomorrow.

  • Orders placed after 02:00 PM Friday will be delivered on the next Tuesday.

Camps implements all the necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data transmitted on the site (including online payment). To this end, the site uses a remote payment and data encryption system which thus never passes unencrypted over the network. In addition, the transaction is carried out via the Crédit Agricole e-transaction banking platform, which alone has the confidential information (card number, validity date) provided by the Buyer at the time of payment.

CAMPS INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

OUR POLICY

For all your purchases in our website or from an authorized retailer, you benefit from a two-year international warranty. The Camps warranty is valid in the official Camps Service Centers in over 80 countries. 

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE COVERED BY THE CAMPS WARRANTY ?

To ensure their flawless functioning, all our kitchens and grills sold by us and our official distributors benefit from a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

 

During these 2 years, Camps undertakes to repair, free of charge, any problem encountered with the functions of the item (in the event of a electronical problem, frame malfunction).

 

If your product is serviced by our service centers, a one-year warranty is added to the performed service.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

Our commitment

If modifications have been made to your item, our service centers will offer a limited range of possible repairs. In addition, your 2-year Camps warranty may be limited or even canceled.

 

In the event of inadequate use of your item or abnormal use, for example, our services may refuse the application of our international warranty.

 

In the case of a modification of the item by an unauthorized third party, all defects resulting from these interventions are not covered and will render our warranty null and void. Only Camps and its Official Service Centers are authorized to decide on the repair or any other intervention concerning a Camps item covered by this international warranty.

 

This warranty automatically cancels and replaces all other warranties included in national legislation, including the implied warranty of merchantability. Some local regulations may prohibit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, the above limitation or exclusion of warranty shall not apply. While this warranty grants you certain rights, local laws - which vary from country to country - may give you other rights.
